By creating an account, running the hardware proxy, or interacting with the Voyah Live application, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Voyah Live provides an advanced OpenAI Realtime Voice Assistant capable of integrating with personal email (IMAP/SMTP), Google Calendar, and physical vehicle CAN bus networks.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any third-party application passwords (e.g., Google OAuth Tokens, IMAP Passwords) you provide to the platform. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt the WebSocket infrastructure or API endpoints.
Voyah Live includes experimental features that transmit physical commands to vehicle hardware (CAN bus). You acknowledge that these features are used entirely at your own risk. The developers of Voyah Live assume no liability for any physical damage, unexpected hardware behavior, or voided warranties resulting from the use of the platform.
While we strive for high availability, Voyah Live does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.
In no event shall Voyah Live, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or third-party integrations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
