Welcome to Voyah Live. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI Voice Assistant application.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for an account and use Voyah Live, we collect your basic profile information (such as your name and email address). To provide the core functionality of the AI Voice Assistant, you may choose to provide secure IMAP and SMTP credentials, as well as authenticate with third-party providers such as Google.

2. Google API Services User Data Policy

Voyah Live requests access to specific, sensitive Google scopes, including calendar.events, to enable the AI to read your daily agenda and schedule meetings on your behalf.

• Purpose: We collect and process Google Calendar data (read and write events) and email credentials (IMAP/SMTP) solely to provide and operate the AI Voice Assistant features (such as the Morning Briefing and autonomous meeting notifications).
• Data Security: All API tokens, user credentials, and calendar access data are securely stored and encrypted via industrial-grade AES encryption natively in our database architecture.
• Third-Party Processing: To provide natural language comprehension, the metadata retrieved from Google is briefly processed by the OpenAI Realtime API. This transmission is strictly limited to real-time audio transcript generation and task execution. Your user data and Google API data are explicitly NOT used by OpenAI or any other party to train foundational machine learning models.
• Limited Use Disclosure: The app's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Database tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. Our Node.js proxy and Laravel backend communicate exclusively over isolated internal networks.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You may revoke access to your Google Calendar at any time directly from the AI Settings dashboard. Revoking access will immediately destroy your API tokens from our database.
